In the summer of 2011, Lil B released an album titled "I'm Gay", which was meant to bring in to attention the rights of gay rappers in the music industry. Now, the rapper's back with a song which will definitely raise a few eyebrows. The song is titled "I Got Aids" and it's meat to raise awareness about STDs, encouraging people to go and get tested. The track is included on Lil B's latest mixtape, "BasedGod Velli", which is set for release by the end of November 2011.
